A school day

How a school might use all four

An illustrative example. Each step happens inside its own application.

  1. Step 1 · TrackStudents

    Classroom management

A teacher documents classroom activity, engagement, behavior, support and daily performance in TrackStudents.

  2. Step 2 · SafeStudy Web

    Digital learning environment

Students open approved educational resources in SafeStudy Web while school and class policies govern browsing and AI features.

  3. Step 3 · PaperGrade

    Assessment

Students complete a PaperGrade assessment. The teacher reviews results and spots topics to reteach.

  4. Step 4 · SkillProof

    Practical skills

Students submit evidence of hands-on work in SkillProof. The teacher reviews it and verifies demonstrated skills.

  5. Step 5

    Educator review

Teachers review information inside each application to understand progress and plan instruction. There is no combined cross-application dashboard.
