About EduSphere
Practical educational technology, built from the classroom
Four specialized platforms supporting classroom documentation, digital assessment, skills development and controlled digital learning.
Our story
Started by a teacher
EduSphere Systems was founded by a career and technical education welding instructor with seven years of classroom teaching experience in a public high school.
As an educator, the founder experienced firsthand the challenges teachers face when managing student documentation, tracking performance, creating assessments, evaluating hands-on skills and managing classroom technology. Many educational software solutions were too complicated, disconnected from everyday classroom needs, or not designed around how teachers actually work.
TrackStudents began as a way to address practical classroom documentation and management challenges. That vision expanded into PaperGrade for digital assessments, SkillProof for hands-on learning and career readiness, and SafeStudy Web for controlled educational browsing and responsible AI access.
The philosophy is simple: educational technology should make educators' jobs easier, improve the organization and accessibility of information, and support meaningful student learning. EduSphere is built from the perspective of someone who works in a classroom and believes schools deserve practical, affordable and thoughtfully designed technology.
